Mallam Nasir El Rufai who was on Saturday detained by security agents and stopped from observing the gubernatorial elections in Anambra state has threatened to go to court on Monday to challenge the action. In his speech, he said, as a national chieftain of his party APC and also as a Nigerian had the right to observe the elections.
Also, the governor of the state Peter obi in his reply legalized the actions of the security agents by saying that Mallam Nasir El Rufai had no business being in the state during elections since he is not a citizen of the state.
